pretty-smile-zooCrowns and bridges are a very common dental restoration in dentistry. Dr. Lehmann offers a variant of crowns including single visit porcelain restorations using the CEREC (Cad-Cam) system. Options for different materials in crowns also exist and these can reviewed in detail in the case of a need for such a restoration.

Options for different materials extends in bridges also and will be reviewed in detail in the case of the need for tooth replacement.

Crowns are an ideal way to rebuild teeth which have been broken, or which have been weakened by decay or a very large filling. The crown fits over the remaining part of the tooth, making it strong and giving it the shape and the contour of a natural tooth.

A bridge is an option to replace missing teeth.  The teeth on either side of the missing space are crowned and a pontic (tooth replacement) is added to fill the space.

What is CEREC?

CEREC is a procedure that allows Dr. Lehmann to create fully custom dental crowns right in his office.  Why is this important?  You’re a busy person, and one visit for a custom tooth crown means no repeat office visits to finish the procedure.  We respect your time and are pleased to offer CEREC to help you save more of it.
