Care and Comfort

Both clients and employees are safeguarded by infection controls and general safety measures. Strict infection control is advantageous to you, your dentist, and the dental team. The factor of trust is the basis for a successful and secure dental practice. You should feel free to talk to Dr. Lehmann about this subject and expect a straightforward response.

The Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) are three government organizations that Dr. Lehmann and our entire team adhere to when performing operations (CDC). These actions consist of:

  • Disinfectant hand soap
  • Gloves and face masks
  • Chemical disinfection of countertops and surfaces
  • Sterilization of all equipment before every use
  • Disposable materials

All reusable tools, including dental handpieces, are sterilized at our facility. We employ an autoclave, a machine that employs steam, heat, and pressure to destroy germs and viruses.

Information is your strongest line of defense against disease. The more informed you are, the better able you are to choose your medical care. The more informed you are about our standard operating procedures and rules, the more at ease you will be.
