Insurance and Payment Options

We provide all of our patients with high-quality service and flexible payment choices in our office.
We do not accept dental insurance as payment because we are a fee-for-service office. With regard to all dental insurance programs, we are out of network. We’ll submit the claim online, and the insurance provider will pay you back. While we do not keep track of claims, when necessary we will get in touch with the insurance providers to assist you get the most of your dental insurance.

Payment options:

  • Cash or Check: Always accepted.
  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
  • CareCredit: Apply online ( or in our office.

Reminder: Payment is expected at the time service is rendered.

If your insurance policy changes, do let us know so that we can file your claim as soon as possible. Within two to four weeks, the insurance provider ought to respond to the claim. Always call your provider first to ask about your claim if you haven’t heard from them. We will happily follow up with your carrier and resend the claim if necessary.

We want you to know that our top goal is making you feel safe and at ease while visiting our office. Dental phobias and anxieties can manifest in many different ways, and each person has different fears. Dental anxiety can range from minor to serious, and it frequently manifests as a generalized feeling of fear and dread when anticipating a forthcoming surgery.
